The latest installment of "The Colorado Connection" is up and gives you an inside look at what’s happening in the bodybuilding/fitness/figure scene of Colorado. There is one update since this article was posted. Jessie Palmer will NOT be competing in the Colorado Pro show as she and her husband are expecting their first child. Congrats to them.

We’ll be covering the Colorado Pro show at great lengths this weekend. Make sure ya check back often for photos and videos through out the weekend.

You’ve may seen her on bodybuilding.com with the preview training videos. Heather took the pro bodybuilding stage by storm earlier this year with her victory at the Sacramento Pro and followed it up with third place at the Arnold Classic. Heather is one of the rising stars of the IFBB Female bodybuilding ranks in her rookie year. She’s definitely the rookie of the year.

Dylan Armbrust a top NPC national level bodybuilder is the lucky man to capture Heather’s heart. Dylan is Heather’s trainer and can now be referred to as hubby.

I attended their wedding recption last night which was packed with the who’s who bodybuilding/fitness/figure crowd of Colorado. A few of the people on the scene were NPC Colorado Chairman, Jeff Taylor, IFBB Pros Heather Mae French and Chaundra Tangi. A ton of NPC bodybuilders & figure competitors were present as well, one to keep an eye at the Colorado Pro/Am is Heather Grace. She was looking great at will be in the running to take her class and potentially the entire show. It was good to catch up with a few of the local competitors and help Heather and Dylan celebrate their special day.

Congrats Heather and Dylan. Yes Heather fans, She will be competing at the Olmypia with her new last name… Heather Armbrust.
