I ran across this creative marketing piece tonight from Gold’s Gym. The divider weighs over 15lbs, imagine trying to pick that up in the grocery store.

I LOVE this marketing shtick! I think it is really cute and funny. I would like to play cashier at the checkout line where this divider is placed, just to listen to the comments that the people make when they pick it up, expecting 3 ounces and get 15 lbs instead.
It brings an element of play and positive silliness and is something different from the usual way that fitness is marketed.
