Send some positive energy and your thoughts out to IFBB Fitness Star Angela Monteleone-Semsch and her husband Roger, as they were in a car crash on the way to the New York Pro Fitness show. They are ok, but Roger is is set to have two surgeries as the accident completely destroyed a ligament in his leg. He’s waiting for the swelling to go down before going into surgery.

A few of us were invited to dinner with owner, Russ Deluca and his family last night. Russ’s wife Briggette made an amazing meal and we got to meet the rest of the Deluca family. I call him meatballs but it’s not his real name, to be honest I don’t remember what the heck the little tank’s name is but he took a liking to Bob and Ron. Here’s a shot of the boise boyzzzzz.

I’m in Boise now for the big Boise Fitness Expo. My flight to Boise from Denver was short and sweet. I was fairly bored on the flight but into my second margarita I had an idea that will shake up things up. The WTF has officially been formed. What is WTF you might ask? Well stay tuned as we reveal this new federation in Boise Idaho.

The Annual Easter Egg Roll takes place today at the White House. Denise Austin appeared on the morning show Fox & Friends and is involved in an effort to help fight child obesity. If I had 1/2 as much energy as this lady I’d be dangerous.

If anyone watches The Apprentice on NBC knows the gig. There are a bunch of people with some business drama trying to get a job with Donald Trump.
