Update in the Lift Corner
I’ve been busy getting a number of projects off my plate before venturing off to the IRONMAN Pro next week. Phil Heath’s DVD is in duplication and I’ll have it in hand before the Arnold Classic, where Phil will be making his Arnold debut. You can check out more info on how to order the DVD early next week at www.thegiftdvd.com. The DVD will be available for fans at the Arnold and those of you unable to attend and looking to purchase can do so the week after the Arnold.
Training is going, I hit a little bump with the scale weight but the jeans are getting baggy again and it’s a better guage for me then what the scale says. It will be challenging to get all my meals, cardio and training in with trips planned to Cali and Ohio, but I’ll git er done. I find that getting up early, do a little blogging, have my coffee and then get after it is my best bet. If I don’t knock out the training and cardio first thing in the morning, something keeps me from getting to the gym, albiet work, weather (go away snow) or just plain exhausted.
Today I’ll be training shoulders and calves and hitting the cardio. I purchased a PSP (playstation portable) and man does that help pass the time on the cardio machine when playing Madden 07.
