Too busy for that level of exercise - Get real FOX NEWS LADY
FOX NEWS’ national morning show had a segment on eating less or exercise. The woman said, "I am too busy for that level of exercise." They promoted eating less over excercise. What a load of crap. When you make an excuse, like I’m too busy to excercise that is EXACTLY why 2/3 of adult americans are overweight.
A proper diet along with exercise is the key. They both play a role but to go on national TV and say you’re too busy to workout, what kind of message is that?

amen to that brother. the average American watches 2 hrs plus of tv every day. but 4 hrs a week at the gym is too much. so sad.

G-D bless you for saying what you did .. just happened to stumble upon this .. and gosh .. was just speaking to a client this morning about how she does not have enough ‘time" .. to work out .. well think of this .. they will have plenty of time when they are lying in a hospital bed contemplating how they could have - should have - would have - .. thanks for this mess.. deb
