Heather Policky Preview Pics - LEG DAY
I caught up with rookie sensation Heather Policky last night training legs. Heather is preparing to make her IFBB pro debut at the Sacramento show and looking great. She is well ahead of her prep this far out from USAs when she turned pro.

WOW!!!!! Heather has some serious wheels. I’d be very curious to see how she trains her legs. If I had legs like that, I’d be the best male natural middleweight in Colorado (in terms of legs that is!).
