I hear ya. This is my third show and it is always a challenge to eat and travel but all great points. The foreman grill is a must and I do have one that I take along with me. I'll be bloggin here the next 16 weeks and go from fat ass to shredded again. At least that's the plan. I will let you know where I am end up. Make sure to request a fridge where you go. Send me a private message as to where you are staying. I am like 3 hours away and competing in the first Arnold Amateur so I will have a car. If you have a small george foreman take it but if not you can get one at walmart. They frown on this BUT if you clean it up and put it out of site and use great judgement you will be fine. Plus most of these hotels KNOW that you need your food...you can take to the rest. and ask them to nuke anything and they will. You will be fine. Great blog and I wish you all the best.
