Going hard one day at a time.

Everything is on today! Cardio this morning, training at lunch and diet clean. I can’t wait to feel a bit back to normal. I’ve put on a couple pounds this past month because my eating was out of control. I miss feeling tight. I don’t feel like me.
Here’s to more great days!

Monday: Cardio, train

Tuesday: Cardio

Wednesday: Train

Thursday: Cardio

Friday: Cardio, train

Saturday: Cardio

Eats: No cheats until the weekend. No more messing around.

I’m excited!
