October 22, 2008Does anyone watch this show? If anyone watched last night did they notice how much weight Bob was having them leg press? Why would you want to build so much muscle if your on a weight reduction show. Since they are not measureing muscle mass and muscle weights more I think you would want less muscle for right now. I think this is how they fix the show. Specially the guy I’m sure he built muscle quick.
