REST DAY ;-(

Great leg workout yesterday…I hate doing legs.

I guess today is a rest day…I hate rest day too. The thought of not lifting just drives me crazy, I know it’s importaint to get enough rest and for recovery but dang it…I want to pick up something heavyyy!

I wonder if you only do one body part a day…how importaint is the "take a day off" theory.

Anyway…

Need more sleep

Any one have any thoughts on how I can get more sleep???

I workout at night so I’m usually pumped up in my mind and body and end up lying in bed till 3 or 4 in the morning with everything in the world running through my mind.

HELP!!!
