My New Workouts
September 6, 2008I have been doing a specific body part/area per day and mixing it up with 30 - 60 mins of cardio. Monday is arms day, Tuesday is legs, Wednesday is delts, traps, rhomboids and lats, Thursday is core and Friday is circuit training. I find that when I work my legs or arms 2 days in a row it sets me back. Core is the only thing I can do before circuit training, because I believe that you can never work your core enough. I try to give my core a workout anytime I do anything. Keeping it pulled in at all times works wonders! These workouts are benefitting me GREATLY!!! I am so thankful that my body is responding as well as it is. I have lost 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks. So I am down to 113/112. I wasn’t exactly 115 when I started I was more like 114.4.
I would like to thank Debi (Deborahann) for all her help and encouragement. So many of you have given me kudos and have told me that my transformation amazes all of you. It couldn’t amaze any of you more so than it has me. It has humbled me too. Although I do enjoy it A LOT!!
