Travel can surely wreaks havoc on training and dieting..
Just got back from New York watching the NY Pro over the weekend and this morning I stepped on the scale and I gained f&@*ing 6lbs!!!! Damn little Italy and their damn good pizza. I admit , I did splurge over the weekend but not bad. I dont normally eat cheat meals every week. As a matter of fact, I dont remember having a cheat meal when I was on the program but just 2 slices of pizza and a hot dog over the weekend plus I had the first class sundae’s (lol), ….oh and i almost forgot, their famous NY cheesecake, and Im paying for it now!! Daymmmm!!! What was I to do, I was in New YORK!! Im not real disappointed though, I just need to regroup and hit it harder this week. You only live once! I think the most important thing is to recognize it and get back on track.

This is hard for me too. I can never seem to stay completely on my diet while traveling anywhere. We were in NY during Thanksgiving and I must say Little Italy, NY cheesecake they all were the death of my diet as well.

I’ve been there, just this past weekend in fact. Was on the beach for the NPC southern USA so i found a way to eat healthy because of who i was around.
