I think I’m doing something wrong. I don’t kno whether I’m lifting too heavy or not doing enough cardio but I can’t get definition to save my life. My clothes still fit lose and I’m eatn 5-6 times a day but the scale keeps moving the wrong way. I’m doing 2 adays, the gym and p90x but nuthn seems to work. I’m wondering if a personal trainer would be the solution. Online trainers are cool but I think I need someone in my ear like a drill sargent! Can anyone help??????

2day is my fourth day on bed rest since my surgery on my abs and back. I injured myself this past Thurs doing weighted hanging knee and leg raises. I was going kinda heavy and lost control of the dumbell,and instead of just dropping it on the floor I tried to gain control of the weight and lost my balance. My body moved in a awkward position and right then i knew it wasnt lookn good. I went to the er asap, there is were I was told I needed surgery because of internal bleeding. Go figure!! All this just from doing abs??? I get the stitches out this Wed. and hopefully the go ahead to start light cardio. No weights for the next 3 weeks I was told:( When I come back, I’m coming back harder then ever! I will have three weeks of workouts to catch up on

This is my third week training with Supermaine and it has truely been 3 weeks of outstanding workouts. I’ve lost 7lbs to this date and plan to lose at least 15 more in the next month. This guy really knows his stuff! Today was chest and back day,all sets were 100 reps each. I have never done that many reps of any one exercise in a row in my life. Not to mention doing 3 sets of each exercise.He’s by far the best trainer on bb.com,no question. At the end of my 6weeks I plan to be 175lbs,coming down from 192lbs! With God’s help I will meet my goal along with a little help from Supermaine! Everyone check him out,he’s the truth!!!!

For the last 2 weeks I,ve been planning to ask my girlfriend to marry me.It came to past this past Saturday, I asked and she excepted. I became the happiest and most honored man alive.Since then I have had the best workouts ever,I’ve had the most energy I’ve had in a long time. I’m truely blessed by God right now,and hopefully my next milestone b4 the wedding will be 2 win the get shredded contest. THxs 4 all the support and best wishes I’ve been recieving

Today was my first day back in the gym since last Wed. I still didnt 100%,not even 60%, I was very sluggish and weak. That stomach virus put something on me I wasnt expecting. Hopefully as the week goes on I can get my mo-jo back and get back to normal.

I’ve been lossing weight the wrong way for the past 3 days. I’ve been sick with a stomach virus and haven’t really eatn anything since Tuesday. I’ve lost about 8lbs in that time frame,the virus is just about gone but not completely.I still have no appetite,been just drinking alot of fluids. Hopefully by Sunday I’ll be back in the mix.I’m under 180 now but this isn’t how I wanted to drop weight. The weather here in Baltimore has really been cold these last few days which isnt helping,its about 30degrees now. Upset I couldnt train Thurs. and cut workout short on Wed. Keep me all your prayers:)

Feeln great this week,was able to start my workout week yesterday as planned and have a stong brisk workout. Takn less rest between sets has really helped,my wokouts are shorter and I swet the whole time. Tomorrow is leg day,I misssed it last week But I plan to go hard and strong to make up for it.
