			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So now day 3 training so so. Back is bothering me so I have stuck to cardio and curls and some small chest and shoulder exercises. I have stayed active all day which was nice.</p>
<p>My food intake for yesterday was better than the day before I will post it later. Today I cheated a bit, had a soft taco from damn taco bell, but with no cheese and it wasn&#8217;t worth it. Oh well. I posted my before pics and am embarassed as all hell. I am a model, believe or not, but I look at my pics that I had my 6 year old take and compare them to my professional ones and I wish I had photoshop as they do. Plus I am very good at sucking in and holding it for a long time. But I don&#8217;t want to do that anymore. I just want to be tight and healthy.</p>
<p>I am doing the MI Novice on March 28th! Whether my body is ready or not. But with the help of the Hydroxycut Max and the NitroTech I think I will be a bit closer to my goal than I would be with out them.</p>
<p>As for the Hydroxycut 7 Day Cleanse, umm its working a bit.</p>
<p>I am down to 116 which is awesome because I haven&#8217;t been under 120 in a year! The problem is I still am at 20.5% body fat which is insane. Most people don&#8217;t believe that but sadly its true I just hid it well. I carry most of my weight in my hips through thighs sadly it happened around 25 when I apparently became a &quot;woman&quot; funny 5 years after my daughter was born. Oh no I just learned to be lazy around then and nearly 2 years later I have decided I will not live like this anymore. I wanna look like Chickentuna I just don&#8217;t wanna feel so unhappy with me I am doing the contest for me and not for money but the competetivness (ps i can&#8217;t spell) is a driving force otherwise I think I would fall back to my normal well I have no time excuses. But if I don&#8217;t get healthy there will be no worries about time because it will fade much faster.</p>

<p>I have used Hyrdoxycut Hardcore before and I find the women&#8217;s formula to be the same so far in affects. I love it though. Its one of the few products I have ever used that I recommend. Although the orignal formula of the Hardcore had some funny side effects.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m using Nitro Tech Chocolate again which I love the flavor of. Another product that I could recommend on flavor alone as far as proteins go its pretty great for the money. It is actually the only protein I can mix with water and drink. Since I only use chocolate flavored proteins I usually use milk except with this one.</p>
<p>I am also using Hydroxycut 7 Day Cleanse. Which I am not noticing yet, now on day 2. Other than when I burp it taste like hay, yummy.</p>
<p>My food intake was too low yesterday which kind of blew</p>
<p>I am supposed to be at</p>
<p>1725 for calories</p>
<p>173 g of both protein and carbs this is figured by using the weight I&#8217;d like to be at 115 instead of the 122 I am at.</p>

<p>Yesterday I had 1236 cals, 123g protein, and only 103 carbs</p>
<p>That wasn&#8217;t too great. But I did make it to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio on the eliptical then only some rows on the machine 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs, and 2 sets of 8 reps of machine curls @ 25 lbs.</p>
<p>My back is still seriously jacked got the results of my MRI I had done this past Sunday and I now have 3 herniated disk instead of the 2 I have been living with for the past 10 almost 11 years. I am hopefully going to be seeing a neuro surgeon soon to (fingers crossed) schedule surgery.</p>
<p>I am doing these contest because I want to show that even if you&#8217;re body isn&#8217;t in 100% operating condition that you can still make improvments and better your health overall.</p>
<p>I have taken my pictures yesterday and done measurements but I will be posting them later. As they need to be edited a little because my 6 year old took the pictures so some have lots of wall, <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>As for today I went back to work today which was nice since I have been off for nearly a month. I have not made it to the gym yet. I WILL go tonight to the gym we have at my apartment complex if even to only do cardio. Oh and I did tan yesterday and today. Which is good too. I feel like I am making progress already if only because I will do these contest because I don&#8217;t believe I will be able to step on a stage and compete like originally I had planned for 2009.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My back is still jacked but that&#8217;s no excuse. I&#8217;ll be back in the gym today. Thanks to that they have daycare there. Otherwise that would be my hold back. My diet is staying pretty strict although I have cheated a bit but since I count everything the next day I just make up for it to make sure I am getting enough protein and keeping a calorie deficeit for the week. I had an awesome cardio experience this morning. I updated my zune last night to add new music I downloaded, as I have it on shuffle during an extreme battle with the stepmill, all of a sudden I have &quot;Clumsy&quot; playing which needless to say first off is not my type of music, I blinded added my daughter&#8217;s kidz bop collection to my zune and out of the 30gigs of music I have on it everytime I skipped a song I&#8217;d get one of mine then one of hers needless to say it ended up being pretty amusing going from Slayer to Creed sung by children. Though it did make the dreaded step mill that much more enjoyable. It strangely enough put me in more of a christmas spirit by just thinking how lucky I am to have my little girl and know that I am working towards reaching my goals. I will post measurements today hopefully and some new pics.

A very short intense workout where I found out I can&#8217;t squat becasue my range of motion is very little. Needless to say I am sore and walking down the stairs is already a feat. I have to give Drew from there mad props I think with his help and my need I will be ready by March. I have already decided that I will be spending more time there than at PFit. I will be posting some measurements once I do them but right now I&#8217;m a little nervous to see how far away from my goal I am. I am going to start the south beach diet which Drew recommended but looking at the meal plans blah I can&#8217;t eat that crap so its going to take some (a lot) of adjusting for me. If anyone has any south beach advice bring it on I could use it.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>for the life of me I dont understand why cooking is such a pain in the ass. I have been doing it for years and actually really anally for the past 2 years on and off. But it seems most of my time I am waiting on a buzzer and during the down time I question why it is that I was to do this. So many other people live their lives with out food scales and watches that alert<!-- --> every 2 hours when its time to eat. Hell I do it myself on and off. But why do I want this so bad. Hmmm just to say I did. Or is it because I love the rush. I love looking in the mirror and seeing how cut I can get. I want to step on stage and be rewarded for my hard work. I want my friends who wanted me to go to the bar to see why I didn&#8217;t go out for 3 months. And why I will remain single until my body allows time for a social life outside of the gym and school. I am putting off getting my boobies done because I want my body ready first and that will just be an excuse on why I really cant lift. Best wishes to all.

Waiting for my daughters father to come pick her up tonight and I&#8217;ll hit the gym tonight too. Diet has been pretty clean. Which is crazy but I&#8217;ve been so busy with life little time to eat garbage. I think the boobs are going to have to wait which is sad but I really want to kick my ass for this show and I dont think I&#8217;ll do too hot if I&#8217;m off for a month especially since i am at about 12 weeks out as it is. Ahhh the stress I love it! I&#8217;m going to wait until Monday to do measurements. This weekend will be lame homework and studying filled but at least I&#8217;ll have quite time with no munchkin around, which I usually hate but I think this weekend it will be great. Well that is my most current update on life for those who care <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' />
