All I want to do is be able to walk again and be able to get back in the gym. My body fat is way up and so is my weight. I am depressed because I have never been this heavy. I just want to get back to competetion shape. But it all depends on my recovery. I have been doing all the BS physical therapy excerises but they arent helping. Any suggestions would be great.

Today was pretty great went to the gym in the am and only did cardio 45 mins on eliptical 320cals <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  but ate well all day.</p>
<p>The weather sucks here today so I have been to various dr appts for my back and daughter today so I never made it back to the gym but I am beat. I think with out the Hydroxycut Max I would have crashed hours ago but the extra energy helped especially today.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So now day 3 training so so. Back is bothering me so I have stuck to cardio and curls and some small chest and shoulder exercises. I have stayed active all day which was nice.</p>
<p>My food intake for yesterday was better than the day before I will post it later. Today I cheated a bit, had a soft taco from damn taco bell, but with no cheese and it wasn&#8217;t worth it. Oh well. I posted my before pics and am embarassed as all hell. I am a model, believe or not, but I look at my pics that I had my 6 year old take and compare them to my professional ones and I wish I had photoshop as they do. Plus I am very good at sucking in and holding it for a long time. But I don&#8217;t want to do that anymore. I just want to be tight and healthy.</p>
<p>I am doing the MI Novice on March 28th! Whether my body is ready or not. But with the help of the Hydroxycut Max and the NitroTech I think I will be a bit closer to my goal than I would be with out them.</p>
<p>As for the Hydroxycut 7 Day Cleanse, umm its working a bit.</p>
<p>I am down to 116 which is awesome because I haven&#8217;t been under 120 in a year! The problem is I still am at 20.5% body fat which is insane. Most people don&#8217;t believe that but sadly its true I just hid it well. I carry most of my weight in my hips through thighs sadly it happened around 25 when I apparently became a &quot;woman&quot; funny 5 years after my daughter was born. Oh no I just learned to be lazy around then and nearly 2 years later I have decided I will not live like this anymore. I wanna look like Chickentuna I just don&#8217;t wanna feel so unhappy with me I am doing the contest for me and not for money but the competetivness (ps i can&#8217;t spell) is a driving force otherwise I think I would fall back to my normal well I have no time excuses. But if I don&#8217;t get healthy there will be no worries about time because it will fade much faster.</p>

<p>I have used Hyrdoxycut Hardcore before and I find the women&#8217;s formula to be the same so far in affects. I love it though. Its one of the few products I have ever used that I recommend. Although the orignal formula of the Hardcore had some funny side effects.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m using Nitro Tech Chocolate again which I love the flavor of. Another product that I could recommend on flavor alone as far as proteins go its pretty great for the money. It is actually the only protein I can mix with water and drink. Since I only use chocolate flavored proteins I usually use milk except with this one.</p>
<p>I am also using Hydroxycut 7 Day Cleanse. Which I am not noticing yet, now on day 2. Other than when I burp it taste like hay, yummy.</p>
<p>My food intake was too low yesterday which kind of blew</p>
<p>I am supposed to be at</p>
<p>1725 for calories</p>
<p>173 g of both protein and carbs this is figured by using the weight I&#8217;d like to be at 115 instead of the 122 I am at.</p>

<p>Yesterday I had 1236 cals, 123g protein, and only 103 carbs</p>
<p>That wasn&#8217;t too great. But I did make it to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio on the eliptical then only some rows on the machine 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs, and 2 sets of 8 reps of machine curls @ 25 lbs.</p>
<p>My back is still seriously jacked got the results of my MRI I had done this past Sunday and I now have 3 herniated disk instead of the 2 I have been living with for the past 10 almost 11 years. I am hopefully going to be seeing a neuro surgeon soon to (fingers crossed) schedule surgery.</p>
<p>I am doing these contest because I want to show that even if you&#8217;re body isn&#8217;t in 100% operating condition that you can still make improvments and better your health overall.</p>
<p>I have taken my pictures yesterday and done measurements but I will be posting them later. As they need to be edited a little because my 6 year old took the pictures so some have lots of wall, <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>As for today I went back to work today which was nice since I have been off for nearly a month. I have not made it to the gym yet. I WILL go tonight to the gym we have at my apartment complex if even to only do cardio. Oh and I did tan yesterday and today. Which is good too. I feel like I am making progress already if only because I will do these contest because I don&#8217;t believe I will be able to step on a stage and compete like originally I had planned for 2009.</p>

I&#8217;m 5&#8242;3&quot; and around 117 (today) I used to be pretty tight now I am not and I am sick of it. It took almost a year to get through this self loathing mood and having such a &quot;busy&quot; life and using it as an excuse to not be able to work out. Bullshit! No more excuses. Now I just need a hard kick in the ass. My boyfriend is not very supportive because he&#8217;s on afternoons so we barely see each other so now I need a complete stranger to be like I&#8217;d do ya, that would make me happy. But I&#8217;m writing mainly for myself because if I post this for the whole wide world to admire than maybe I&#8217;ll quit making excuses and start making changes. I know I&#8217;m not fat but I&#8217;m not healthy either I make horrible food choices and now am paying for them with squishy thighs and weird back fat that I&#8217;m not sure where it came from. Oh yes one more late night trip to taco bell. I guess I have already screwed up sticking to an amazing diet today by starting the day with coco puffs but there is always tomorrow or the rest of today I should say. Here is where I end my rant.

Did talk to a couple people about setting up a work out program for me. Since on my own I am not doing all that well. Made some awesome protein brownies today. I&#8217;m not fond of chocolate but I made them for my daughter and boyfriend and was forced to try them and they were good. Spent the day reading for one of my classes to and after I finished every page I did 10 crunches needless to say I only read 8 pages before I decided that was enough for the day. I&#8217;m going to do shoulder here at home in a while but need to finish the rest of my muscle regiment at home such as hauling the laundry out of the dryer and into the closets and calf raises while putting dishes away. I think I&#8217;m working out more today then I have all week in the gym just trying to do my normal stuff while adding twist to it. Oh yes dedication lungles while walking the dog although the neighbors must think I&#8217;m insane.

Yesterday i did only chest, no cardio which was strange becasue usually I tan for 20 mins, then do an hour of cardio, then lift for about 35 mins, but just tanning and doing chest I was out in less than an hour, it kinda threw my day off because I didn&#8217;t know what to do with myself after that. I will continue to change things up more today. Today I&#8217;m going to do tris and shoulders together and maybe calves and also do my cardio after lifting. To see how that goes. Switching up my diet too trying to work it out to something that doesn&#8217;t make me disguisted by eating the same thing 4 times a day then a couple other things. I have so much homework to do right now but I&#8217;d rather do the math for my diet, not good when my body is taking first place over my education, but damnit I better walk away with a trophy!
