So I have enter both contest and recieved my items yesterday! So its on now
I have used Hyrdoxycut Hardcore before and I find the women’s formula to be the same so far in affects. I love it though. Its one of the few products I have ever used that I recommend. Although the orignal formula of the Hardcore had some funny side effects.
I’m using Nitro Tech Chocolate again which I love the flavor of. Another product that I could recommend on flavor alone as far as proteins go its pretty great for the money. It is actually the only protein I can mix with water and drink. Since I only use chocolate flavored proteins I usually use milk except with this one.
I am also using Hydroxycut 7 Day Cleanse. Which I am not noticing yet, now on day 2. Other than when I burp it taste like hay, yummy.
My food intake was too low yesterday which kind of blew
I am supposed to be at
1725 for calories
173 g of both protein and carbs this is figured by using the weight I’d like to be at 115 instead of the 122 I am at.

Yesterday I had 1236 cals, 123g protein, and only 103 carbs
That wasn’t too great. But I did make it to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio on the eliptical then only some rows on the machine 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs, and 2 sets of 8 reps of machine curls @ 25 lbs.
My back is still seriously jacked got the results of my MRI I had done this past Sunday and I now have 3 herniated disk instead of the 2 I have been living with for the past 10 almost 11 years. I am hopefully going to be seeing a neuro surgeon soon to (fingers crossed) schedule surgery.
I am doing these contest because I want to show that even if you’re body isn’t in 100% operating condition that you can still make improvments and better your health overall.
I have taken my pictures yesterday and done measurements but I will be posting them later. As they need to be edited a little because my 6 year old took the pictures so some have lots of wall,
As for today I went back to work today which was nice since I have been off for nearly a month. I have not made it to the gym yet. I WILL go tonight to the gym we have at my apartment complex if even to only do cardio. Oh and I did tan yesterday and today. Which is good too. I feel like I am making progress already if only because I will do these contest because I don’t believe I will be able to step on a stage and compete like originally I had planned for 2009.
I will post today’s cal intake and work out tomorrow, hopefully along with some pics
