Muscle Tech and Hydroxycut Max Contest - Day 4

this will be quick because I am tired but I don’t want to miss a day journaling my track to success. Today was pretty great went to the gym in the am and only did cardio 45 mins on eliptical 320cals :) but ate well all day.

The weather sucks here today so I have been to various dr appts for my back and daughter today so I never made it back to the gym but I am beat. I think with out the Hydroxycut Max I would have crashed hours ago but the extra energy helped especially today.

Muscle Tech and Hydroxycut Max Contest - Day 3

Thursday, January 8th, 2009

So now day 3 training so so. Back is bothering me so I have stuck to cardio and curls and some small chest and shoulder exercises. I have stayed active all day which was nice.

My food intake for yesterday was better than the day before I will post it later. Today I cheated a bit, had a soft taco from damn taco bell, but with no cheese and it wasn’t worth it. Oh well. I posted my before pics and am embarassed as all hell. I am a model, believe or not, but I look at my pics that I had my 6 year old take and compare them to my professional ones and I wish I had photoshop as they do. Plus I am very good at sucking in and holding it for a long time. But I don’t want to do that anymore. I just want to be tight and healthy.

I am doing the MI Novice on March 28th! Whether my body is ready or not. But with the help of the Hydroxycut Max and the NitroTech I think I will be a bit closer to my goal than I would be with out them.

As for the Hydroxycut 7 Day Cleanse, umm its working a bit.

I am down to 116 which is awesome because I haven’t been under 120 in a year! The problem is I still am at 20.5% body fat which is insane. Most people don’t believe that but sadly its true I just hid it well. I carry most of my weight in my hips through thighs sadly it happened around 25 when I apparently became a "woman" funny 5 years after my daughter was born. Oh no I just learned to be lazy around then and nearly 2 years later I have decided I will not live like this anymore. I wanna look like Chickentuna I just don’t wanna feel so unhappy with me I am doing the contest for me and not for money but the competetivness (ps i can’t spell) is a driving force otherwise I think I would fall back to my normal well I have no time excuses. But if I don’t get healthy there will be no worries about time because it will fade much faster.

Muscle Tech and Hydroxycut Max Contest - Day 2

So I have enter both contest and recieved my items yesterday! So its on now :)

I have used Hyrdoxycut Hardcore before and I find the women’s formula to be the same so far in affects. I love it though. Its one of the few products I have ever used that I recommend. Although the orignal formula of the Hardcore had some funny side effects.

I’m using Nitro Tech Chocolate again which I love the flavor of. Another product that I could recommend on flavor alone as far as proteins go its pretty great for the money. It is actually the only protein I can mix with water and drink. Since I only use chocolate flavored proteins I usually use milk except with this one.

I am also using Hydroxycut 7 Day Cleanse. Which I am not noticing yet, now on day 2. Other than when I burp it taste like hay, yummy.

My food intake was too low yesterday which kind of blew

I am supposed to be at

1725 for calories

173 g of both protein and carbs this is figured by using the weight I’d like to be at 115 instead of the 122 I am at.

Yesterday I had 1236 cals, 123g protein, and only 103 carbs

That wasn’t too great. But I did make it to the gym and did 45 minutes of cardio on the eliptical then only some rows on the machine 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45lbs, and 2 sets of 8 reps of machine curls @ 25 lbs.

My back is still seriously jacked got the results of my MRI I had done this past Sunday and I now have 3 herniated disk instead of the 2 I have been living with for the past 10 almost 11 years. I am hopefully going to be seeing a neuro surgeon soon to (fingers crossed) schedule surgery.

I am doing these contest because I want to show that even if you’re body isn’t in 100% operating condition that you can still make improvments and better your health overall.

I have taken my pictures yesterday and done measurements but I will be posting them later. As they need to be edited a little because my 6 year old took the pictures so some have lots of wall, :)

As for today I went back to work today which was nice since I have been off for nearly a month. I have not made it to the gym yet. I WILL go tonight to the gym we have at my apartment complex if even to only do cardio. Oh and I did tan yesterday and today. Which is good too. I feel like I am making progress already if only because I will do these contest because I don’t believe I will be able to step on a stage and compete like originally I had planned for 2009.

I will post today’s cal intake and work out tomorrow, hopefully along with some pics :)
