Since I’ve been going to the gym one thing that has brought me more satisfaction (besides gains) is helping someone else. Latey my mood hasnt been great while working out due to different reasons [to inlude the couple K’s im going to have to put down for a new transmission]. I finally got one of my good friends to start comming to the gym with me. His stats arent very impressive starting out but i recommended a good supplementation for his workouts and am bringing him under my ‘wing’ so to speak. Seeing this 140 lb guy in the gym with me busting his ass and his excitement for hopes of a more healthy and tronge future brought me out of it. Seeing dedication in others, especially those you are helping is a huge motivating factor. Just look around, and maybe you’ll find what you need.

Well, I’d been doing a lot of research lately on hemobolin 250, feeling pretty optomistic about it, and finally decided to give it a shot. I couldnt find many reviews on it so I figured I’d start a blog for anyone thinking about trying it out. Also bought a liver support and prostate support to be on the safe side. First day of my 30 day cycle was great. Most likely mental, but had a badass leg workout anyway. New high on squats, 315lbs X 7 reps..first time I decided to try and go up to three plates on squats. I figure I’d better be able to squat more than I can bench press, hahah.. Anyway, thats all for the first day, I’ll keep the updates comming. Wish me luck!
here are a few stats that ill update in about a month here to show progress..
1 rep bench max - approx 330
10 rep ez bar bicep curl max - approx - 105 lbs
10 rep squat max - approx 300
10 rep bent over row max ( on smith machine:regular grip) - approx 190ish
10 rep max military press(behing head)- approx 190
like i said, these are mostly rough estimates..not entirely accurate but accurate enough if you get me. Ill keep you updated!

okay, so that wasnt so chopped up.. hahah. (BTW! lifting with a still healing broken hand 4 weeks out from time of fracture of 5th metacarpal. was wearing a cast for 3 weeks and now in a splint for 3 more weeks. *Some workouts have been modified so allow for splint and safety. Working out with broken or healing fractures is NOT RECCOMMENDED!. Im a jackass though, and am addicted to lifting too much so to quit.)
