My 1st week of training
I just want to sharwe my first week of training. I started getting serious in my training just 6 days ago and in that short span of time I already lost 6 or 7 pounds. I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing but I’m still happy with my progress. I think I already lost an inch in my waist because some of my pants that used to be tight to me now it fits exactly to my waist. I am so proud of myself because I realized that I can control myself If I am going to really concentrate on my goals. I hope this progress won’t stop until I reach my goals. I hope I can make myself proud after this program. I think I just really need more motivations so I can be successful… Please help me to achieve my goals… by the way HAPPY VALENTINES DAY to you all.

Good Job dude. Keep it up. Remember the more muscle you can add the more calories you’ll burn doing nothing.

Good job on the first week. What happens when you first start working out, you push all that junk and extra water weight off your body. This is okay for the first 2-3 weeks. But after that it should steady to a max of 2 lbs per week, without much muscle loss. Any more that 2 you tend to loose a good bit of stregnth, muscle mass, motivation, and overall energy.
