I just want to sharwe my first week of training. I started getting serious in my training just 6 days ago and in that short span of time I already lost 6 or 7 pounds. I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing but I’m still happy with my progress. I think I already lost an inch in my waist because some of my pants that used to be tight to me now it fits exactly to my waist. I am so proud of myself because I realized that I can control myself If I am going to really concentrate on my goals. I hope this progress won’t stop until I reach my goals. I hope I can make myself proud after this program. I think I just really need more motivations so I can be successful… Please help me to achieve my goals… by the way HAPPY VALENTINES DAY to you all.

I really don’t know how to start and how to keep myself motivated, can somebody please help me achieve my goals. I want to have a nice body, I want to have 6-pack abs, I want to change everything in my body, but I really don’t know where to start. I know I can do it but i don’t know how long I can keep up with my workout. I need somebody to help me, to keep reminding me about my goals everyday. I want to change everything, I want to be healthier, and especially I want to have a great body that I can brag about.. Please help me with my goals. Anybody out there! I’d really appreciate it a lot if you’ll help me.. Thanks!
