Repeat week 6

I had such a bad week training and falling off of clean eating I decided to repeat week 6, and shove it into high gear for the last 6 weeks of my body transformation. Then it is maintaining it time.

I am having a lazy week ! Not wanting to carry on, but still am with little less intensity that I would like. Hopeing next week will be better. Sad because I feel I have seen some good changes!!!!

1/2 way through week three!!

Training is going really good, with the exception of losing weight. I am down a little and I can see my body doing some good changes. I believe that I am hung up on losing weight more then looking great. I need to push through the weight issue and focus on overall feeling and appearrance. Does anyone else go through this and what did you do?

WTF!!! Attitude

Well I already had that WTF attitude yesterday! I didn’t make it to the gym and ate what ever crossed my path! Yes, I am pist with myself, but I refuse to let it get me down. I plan on going to the gym today, which is my day off from it, and make up time lost from yesterday. As for eating yesterday I can’t change that but I can control what I am going to eat today and tomorrow. So I hope I am back on track from a small derailment yesterday hopefully with just a little damage. Wish me luck, here we go again! P.S That garbage food I ate yesterday wasn’t very good anyway!!

Day 5 come and gone!!

What can I say! Today didn’t go as well as I would of liked! I was a little on the lazy side, but I got my routine completed. I am current down 3lbs since Monday and down 15lbs since Feb 16/09. I would like to try and lose 20lbs more of fat. I am please with staying on track with eating. We went out last night to BP’s for my daughters 15 th birthday and I managed to stay away from the pizza (weakness) and desert. I ended up eating a Thai Chicken Whole wheat wrap, which was very good!!. My next concern is staying strong(wilpower) as I go back to work tomorrow! See the guys at work are amazing cooks and it will be difficult to turn the meals down!

Another Bites the Dust! & Another One Done!! & Another One Done!!

Day 3 is complete! Wasn’t sure what to expect at the gym today as I am still sore, but one step in front of the other. After all said and done it was a great work out. Looking forward for the next one. So far eating has been right on the money, I think!! I hope I can keep the intensity up when I go back to work on Saturday. Thanks for dropping by now go pump some iron!!!

Day one Complete!!

First day didn’t go completely as planned! My daughters school needed more info for next years registration, which had to be in the same day. It snowed  a couple of inches so I had to shovel walks at my parents place their neighbors and mine. This reduce my workout time tremendously as my little one only has half days of school. I did manage to get my cardio done in the morning time. As for weights I went back latter at night to complete it. :) Overall very happy that I got it done and completed. Cardio is day two and should have no problem completing it. As for recent photos I have them done now I just have to figure how to down load them on here!

After failing again to follow a routine and eating right. I decided to follow Kris Gethin’s 12 - week video Trainer. Week 1 Day 1 will start on March 16/09.
