Status update…
I updated my progress pictures today! I have made HUGE progress from where I started on June 3rd, 2008!!! I lost a lot of bodyfat while toning up during my 6-week transformation, then set my sites on gaining 10 pounds of muscle during the following 12 weeks. In the past 4 weeks I have managed to gain a solid 5 pounds of mass while still cutting the bodyfat down. In the next 2 weeks, I’m going to crank it up a notch with my lifting and concentrate more on eating for growth. I want to put on another solid 5 pounds of lean mass! By-the-way, this is only my short-term goal…I will be moving on to BIGGER and BETTER from there on out. Stay tuned for more updates…
P.S. These pictures are not the best in the world…They don’t show the full definition and vascularity. I hope to do a professional photo shoot in the next 2-4 weeks. I just checked your progress pictures and they more than back up your blog. Congratulations on your transformation in such a short time and good luck as you continue your journey to bigger and better!
