FOURTH WORKOUT CHANGE.

Working on my fourth workout change.  Started it May 25th, doing a high rep/set routine that I actually got off of Bodybuilding.com  Really like the routine…mixing things up alot.  Using lots of different machines and free weight exercises at my new gym,  which I LOVE.  Got to get some more progress pics taken but a girl only has so many hours in the day.  I get up a 3:45 am and go to bed at 8:00 pm. and work a fulltime job.  I am in the gym 6 days a week but I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!!

New workout is going great….really feeling the muscles more.  I will stay on this one for 8 to 10 weeks and then go back to my fat destruction workout that I got from STEVEP78.  I got great results from it too.  I really believe you have to mix it up alot.  I change the order of my workout routine everyweek so I am never doing the same exact thing each week.  Keeping the body guessing is key…..I have got to get some new pics for progress, have just been so busy lately haven’t had time to concentrate on that.  This is week 15 for me so next week at week 16 should be a good opportunity to compare some photos.  Staying motivated and clean with my food, loving the changes and the way I feel.  Fourties are definatley going to be better than twenties when it comes to the body!!!!!  LOL

BACK FROM VACATION

Well, I went on vacation last week, but just like I said, found a gym and had 5 workout days.  It felt great to come back home and not have lost a beat.  I even managed to lose weight while on vacation……Started the new routine April 20th the week before I left, I think the change is going to do me good.  I have also started the cardio, doing that 4x a week for 30 to 45 minutes.  I am really starting the see some good changes, sticking to the diet and not having a "cheat day" I think has been a great thing for ME to do…..not everybody agrees but hey we are all different.  I am going to have my measurements and bodyfat% checked again in another week so we will see what changing the routine and adding the cardio has done for me.

HAD TO KEEP GOING

Well I went ahead and started and new routine even though I will be going on vacation soon.  I decided to just load up some dumbbells, barbell, exercise ball, and stretch bands.  I figure what the hehhhh….I will just exercise while on vacation…..THAT IS MOTIVATION BABY….Cardio starts this week 4x a week, working legs 2x a week (one light day and one heavy, some won’t agree with this but…..my body) going to do supersets for the body.  I can’t wait to see how this works out in about 4 weeks.  Changing the diet some too…..Going to have one high carb day during the week and one no complex carb day….others will just stay in a 20/50/30 ratio.  The diet will probably need a little bit of adjustment, just waiting to see how it goes.  CHOOSE TO BE FIT!!!!!

Well….still going strong.  I am on week 6 of my workout routine.  I still haven’t added cardio to the mix and I am beginning to think it is TIME.  I have lost a pound a week for 10 weeks with no cardio at all.  I have only done my clean eating and working out 5 days a week.  I believe results are slowing down, but I do have to remember muscle weighs more than fat and the scales are not really going to be a great predictor.  Since I had my bodyfat% recalculated and the guy told me it had not went down ANY…I will definately be adding the cardio to the mix.  I also believe the body is starting to get use to the workout routine, sooooooo……time to mix it up again.  I am going on vacation in another week.  Going to start the cardio tomorrow but won’t change the workout until after vacation.  Will post the new workout routine after vacation.

This is week six with stevep78 doing the fat destruction plan.  My measurements are all going the right way so I am very happy about that.  My weight has been dropping at a steady rate of 1 pound per week since I started my healthy eating.  Since I am putting on muscle and taking off fat I feel these are really great results….ROME WASN’T BUILT OVERNIGHT….It has been a total of ten weeks since I made my resolution to myself transform my body and make it back into one a 20 year old would be proud of.  Well I am very proud of my accomplishments thus far.  I will be getting my bodyfat% checked on Wednesday April 15, so hopefully my motivation level will continue to stay a 10!!!!!

This week I changed the routine….Shoulder seems much better with the spilt on the upper body.  Legs are staying pretty sore from the 3 days a week but, I think since I am not doing the cardio I need this for the fat burn.  Going to try this for four weeks and then take a look at the progress or no progress…..

CHANGING WORKOUT

Well I have been doing a five day workout, 2 days lower and 3 days upper body.  Chose this because of my shoulder surgery.  Changing this coming Monday February 23rd 2009.  My shoulder is staying way to tender so I think I am overdoing it a little bit  to soon…..Going to try lower body 2 days with abs/ upper body 2 days/ and back 1 day by itself with abs… Can’t hurt to try and see how the shoulder feels with this spilt.  Not sure about the back by itself, might have to change that one.

MY SECOND WEEK OF CLEAN EATING

Well this is week number two for me and I must say it is starting to really get easy…..Food taste so different without all the JUNK on it.  For the first time in my life I think I can really do this.
