FOURTH WORKOUT CHANGE.
Working on my fourth workout change. Started it May 25th, doing a high rep/set routine that I actually got off of Bodybuilding.com Really like the routine…mixing things up alot. Using lots of different machines and free weight exercises at my new gym, which I LOVE. Got to get some more progress pics taken but a girl only has so many hours in the day. I get up a 3:45 am and go to bed at 8:00 pm. and work a fulltime job. I am in the gym 6 days a week but I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!!

damn…impressive on the 8 oclock bed time….i’m usually in the get up at 5 go to bed at 9 camp and i find it very hard to fall asleep that early pretty much no matter what.

I love changing it up. I just finished doing a split high rep routine (20-25 reps/set…….OY!, that burns!). Keeps the workouts fresh & the body guessing. Keep charging Lemona.
