Eat Properly Or Feel **** In The Gym!
Tuesday was a fantastic day in the gym. I was full of beans and raring to go. Blasted through all my sets and wanted to do more… I ate well that day. Today, I was in the gym with my training partner and we were both lethargic. Although we still tried, that drive and determination to get those final, excruciatingly painful reps wasn’t there. We plodded on and finished our workout. I was so dissatisfied I even did a little extra work on a few machines. It was a thoroughly depressing workout. It wasn’t until I was showering that I realized the error in my ways. My daily food intake had been much lower than usual, however it wasn’t until that moment that I realized how important eating well is. Eat bad, train bad. EAT GREAT, TRAIN LIKE A BEAST!
