Hey guys
I ve been doing my workout, but something you must be enthusiasm, it is like you need to put a little salt or spice, some times you feel your body doesnt want to continue doing more exerceise and i think so you need to brake the rules, a little bit , and the you feel more energy and you go to the gym to get the muscle you want
well, I think so , if someone have another tip is good to listen

I have been doing my best effort, on my exercises an trying to get the goal and all we know , we need to be continue and using the time in the best way. I think so.
