Today I was just checking my e-mails and saw that I had one from bodybuilding.com. I came across your story and was truly amazed. Most female bodybuilders are between 135-150 pounds. I am a 31 year old female who has lost about 20 pounds. Now weighing in @169 pounds, I too inspire to oneday compete. Although I have tons of work to do, it is really inspirational to see someone in my weight class. YOU LOOK GREAT! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!

I remember doing two shows back to back. I won the first and two weeks later came in second. I really stopped dieting before the second show, I remember the girl that one , her focus and how good she looked , and I remember that night saying She Deserved It, But I remember when I won overall in the first show how crappy the girls were and did not appreciate the sport of competition and female bodybuilding. Thanks for your blog and give that girl thumbs up. :)
