Lost motivation, realized it has been a month already since i did anything. Seem to have lost my drive. had a few things trip me up, dental work, sick child, had to tube his ears and take his adnoids. Then i got lazy.
Ready to get it tonight. Took the day off, after 13 hours working sunday, yard work done, cleaned the garage, removed the spider webs and wasp nests from the weight equipment. Everything is ready, hope I am!

CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE RULES OF MESSAGING? I DONT LIKE TO SEND COMMENTS, ONLY BECAUSE I DON’T LIKE SOMETHING THAT CAN’T BE REMOVED. I NEVER LEAVE NASTY, SEXUAL , OR COMMENTS LIKE THAT. I HAVE FINALLY REACHED 150 LBS., 4 OF IT IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS. THAT’S ABOUT 14 LBS. I ABOUT A YEAR.
SPLIT OUT LEGS/SHOULDERS, BOTH WEAK AREAS. SEEMS TO BE WORKING. I CAN SEE SOME MEAT ON MY SHOULDERS. LEGS HAVE GROWN ALSO. BLEW MY SQUAT MAX. AWAY THE LAST 2 WORKOUTS. MY CHICKEN LEGS ACTUALLY GOT 221 LBS. FOR 8 REPS, UP LIKE 45 LBS. FROM WHAT I WAS DOING. SURE I CAN DO MORE.
I HAVE HUNG TOUGH FOR ALMOST A YEAR, IT HAS BEEN WORTH IT. MY GOAL IS 160 LBS., I CAN SEE IT COMING. I FEEL REALLY GREAT ABOUT WHAT I HAVE DONE SO FAR. THANKS EVERYONE WHO ENCOURAGED, COMMENTED AND GAVE ADVISE. I WILL BE A MONSTER.

SORRY, NO GIRLS IN G-STRINGS SUITES, WET T-SHIRT CONTESTS OR BEER BONGS.
TOOK MY KIDS TO THE KEMAH BOARWALK FOR RIDES AND DINNER. AT FIRST IT WA S SUPER CROWDED, KIDS ABOUT 14 - 16 YRS OLD RUNNING EVERYWHERE. SUPER LONG LINES FOR THE RIDES
BUT AFTER WE ATE AT THE AQUARIUM, KIDS LOVED IT, ESPESCIALLY THE 6 FT. LIME GREEN EEL, THE CROWD HAD THINNED. I RODE THE KIDDY RIDES WITH MY 6 YEAR PLD GIRL, SHE PUT HER ARM AROUND ME AND KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS O.K. WHEN WE CIRCLED TO THE TOP OF THE BALLOON RIDE. ONLY A FEW MORE LAPS DAD, I’LL HOLD YOUR HAND. THEN THE QUARTER MILE WALK BACK TO THE CAR, HAD TO CARRY HER THE WHOLE WAY, SHE WAS EXHAUSTSED. AS SHE SNUGGLED UP CLOSE, RIGHT BEFORE SHE FELL ASLEEP SHE WHISPERED IN MY EAR, I LOVE YOU DADDY, THIS WAS THE BEST TIME I’VE HAD SINCE I WAS TWO YEARS OLD. THE CROWD, THE LINES, THE SCREAMING TEENAGERS, WAS ALL MORE THAN WORTH IT. I’VE EXPERIENCED A LOT OF SPRING BREAKS, THIS ONE BLEW THEM ALL AWAY.

GOT BACK TO IT LAST NITE. IT WAS GREAT TO BE LIFTING AGAIN. MY CHEST FEELS IT TODAY, THAT GOOD SORE FEELING, I MISSED IT. NICE TO HAVE MY GYM FIXED, GARAGE, NO MORE MOLDE WALLS. LOOK UP FROM THE BENCH AND SEE A NICE WHITE CEILING INSTEAD OF RAFTERS WAS AWESOME. NONE OF THE HEAT AND TINY PIECES OF INSULATION FALLING ON ME EVERY TIME THE WIND BLEW. GOT TO HANG MY MOTIVATION POSTER OF ALI BACK ON THE WALL. EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT WITH MY WORLD. CAN’T WAIT TO BLAST ARMS TONIGHT!!

HAD TO TAKE A WEEK OFF WHILE GETTING HURRICANE DAMAGE REPAIRED. EVERYTHING IS DONE, JUST GOT TO GET THE GYM, GARAGE BACK IN ORDER SATURDAY. BACK LIFTING SAT. NIGHT. SEEMS STRANGE TO BE EXCITED ABOUT SAT. NIGHT WORKOUTS, NOT TO LONG AGO SAT. NIGHT PARTYING GOT ME GOING. IS THAT DEDICATION OR AGE? DEDICATION, I THINK.
DIDNT LOSE ANY WEIGHT, YEA. FINALLY HIT 150 LBS. I THINK THE TIME OFF MAY HAVE BEEN GOOD, FIND OUT TOMORROW NIGHT. SURPRISED I HELD THE WEIGHT, EATING WAS TOUGH, KITCHEN WAS UNDER COSTRUCTION. MISSED SOME DAYTIME MEALS AND HAD TO EAT OUT EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK. .
CELLUCOR WORKS , PUT ON WEIGHT, SIZE AND GAINED SOME STRENGHT. GLAD TO BE BACK!!!

WEIGHED TODAY, UP 3 LBS., PRETTY GOOD FOR AN OLD GUY. TONIGHT I STARTED LIFTING HEAVIER, LESS SETS/REPS. THINK I WAS OVERDOING IT WITH LIGHT SETS, ZAPPING MY STRENGTH FOR HEAVIER SETS. GOT 10 HRS. SLEEP LAST NIGHT, HOME ALONE OVER THE WEEKEND, LITTLE ONES GONE GOT TO SLEEP IN.
LIFTED HEAVIER TONIGHT, FOUND OUT THE SAFETY BARS, STOP YOU FROM CRUSHING YOUR SELF, REALLY WORK. GOT MY MOTIVATION UP, READY TO GROW IN MARCH

DECIDED TO STOP OBSESSING ABOUT MY WEIGHT. THREW OUT THE SCALE. WEIGHING 3 - 4 TIMES ADAY. IT WAS TAKING OVER. I WILL ONLY WEIGH EVERY TWO WEEKS. KEEP WORKING HARD AND LET THE WEIGHT WORK ITSELF OUT. .

HAVE MADE NO PROGRESS THE LAST MONTH. HITTING IT HARD, EATING, TAKING PROTIEN SHAKE TWO TIMES A DAY. STARTED CELLUCOR LAST WEEK. BUT I HAVE LOST 3 LBS., A LOT FOR A SMALL GUY. CAN’T SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT. VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISCOURAGED. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?? NEED HELP ! MEASURE AGAIN AT END OF MONTH, BUT I SEE NO CHANGE. THANKS, RICK

MY LITTLE GIRL, TURNED 6 TUESDAY, STARTS BALLET TODAY. I WANTED HER TO PLAY SOCCER SO BAD. SHE PLAYED LAST SUMMER. ONLY GIRL ON THE TEAM, NOT MANY IN THE LEAGUE. SHE TOTALLY DOMINATED THOSE LITTLE BOYS. PULLED HER OUT OF MOST GAMES FOR SCORING TO MUCH, CALLED HER A DOMINATE PLAYER. SHE WOULD SAY GIRL POWER BEFORE PRACTICE AND GAMES. SO PROUD. LOST INTEREST AFTER HURRICANE BREAK. LAST GAME SHE WASNT INTO IT. DIDN’T SCORE UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE. COACH SAID RACHEL WE NEED ONE GOAL . SHE GOT IN TOOK THE BALL ALL THE WAY DOWN FIELD. SCORED, LOOKED AT THE COACH GAVE HIM THE THUMBS UP AND RAN TO THE SIDELINES.
I GUESS I’LL LEARN TO LOVE BALLET,LOL, WE WILL SEE. STILL PROUD OF COURSE, CANT GET TO EXCITED ABOUT DANCE. BUT, SHE SURE. THAT’S WHAT COUNTS
TIME TO START PREPPNIG LITTLE JAX, 16 MONTHS TO BE THE SOCCER STAR. MAYBE BIG SIS CAN GIVE HIM SOME LEESONS
