today is re-group day. starting over, going to rededicate my time to myself. last three months I let everything get in my way. It all stops tonight. No more excuses, If it is 11:00 pm before i can hit the garage, that is when it happens. I lost 5-6 lbs last few weeks. (abs show better) .
back to good eating and hard workouts, NO EXUSES

This was worst week of my life. called in to work at 4:30 am three mornings. washer broke monday. Tuesday morning my dog was ill, wife let him out and he didn;t return. So she called me. went home and found him stuck in a creek, couldn’t get out. Got him out he couldn’t walk. Vet determined advanced diabetes and possible stroke, he could not use back legs, front were very weak, probably stroke. friday I had to put him to rest. He was 13 years old, my first son. my 6 yr old daughter cried and cried, she got sick friday night, wife got sick sat. night, 2 yr old boy got sick siun. night. i am sick Monday. Lost 5 lbs. during this ordeal. no workouts for almost 2 weeks. t has got to get better!

AT WHAT POINT DO YOU SEE THE CHANGES IN MUSCLE GROWTH AND SIZE. I DON’T SEEM TO SEE IT. WA SON STRONG MEDS FOR 1 1/2 YEARS, GOT DOWN TO 129 LBS. NOW, I CAN’T STOP SEEING MYSELF THAT WAY. I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 21 LBS. SINCE THEN, ABOUT 11-12 LBS. OF IT IN THE LAST YEAR ( FROM WORKING OUT ). I STILL SEE A SKINNY DUDE.
I STILL WON’T WEAR SHORT SLEEVE SHIRTS, DON’T WANT TO SHOW MY SKINNY ARMS. IT IS ROUGH WEARING LONG SLEEVES ALL SUMMER IN TEXAS. GOT TO GO ON A PARTY CRUISE THIS WEEKEND. DREADING BEING THE ONLY ONE IN LONG SLEEVES, WHILE EVERYONE ELSE HAS TANKS, ECT. I KNOW MY WIFE WON’T LIKE IT. SHE ALWAYS TRIES TO GET ME TO WEAR TANKS AND SHORT SLEEVES. I SEE THE OTHERS SHOWING SKINNY ARMS WITH NO MUSCLE TONE, I KNOW I HAVE SOME MUSCLE SIZE. CAN’T GET MY SKINNY ARMS OUT OF MY HEAD
I JUST CAN’T MAKE MYSELF DO IT. MAYBE I HAVE SOME REAL BODY IMAGE HANG-UPS OR SOMETHING. DO I NEED A SHRINK? I HAVE THIS IDEA THAT I WILL BE SKINNY UNTIL I REACH 160 LBS. I THINK I HAVE SOME ISSUES!

Lost motivation, realized it has been a month already since i did anything. Seem to have lost my drive. had a few things trip me up, dental work, sick child, had to tube his ears and take his adnoids. Then i got lazy.
Ready to get it tonight. Took the day off, after 13 hours working sunday, yard work done, cleaned the garage, removed the spider webs and wasp nests from the weight equipment. Everything is ready, hope I am!
