THIS IS 3RD DAY I HAVEN’T DONE ANYTHING. ALWAYS SEEM TO STALL AROUND 3 MONTHS IN.

I HAVE BEEN LIFTING TO TONE AND STRONGER. START TAKING WEIGHT GAIN TOMORROW AND LIFTING MORE. TRY TO ADD SIZE
Tried deadlifts for the first time.Definetely felt them, but it seemed awkward. Think I did them right, maybe it gets smoother?
Shooting to gain at least 10 lbs. by year end. Put size on legs and define abs. July to get tightend up,get ready for heavy lfting. Go for size in august. Try and learn as I go.
