Don’t we all love presents and partying? This is the time of year we all get tested. That’s right, the alcohol, the partying, the cakes, the food….and especially…that inner demon saying…"i’ll work it off in the New Year"
I know this will sound foolish….but….Stay Strong and Stick to the Plan!!
It took you all yearr to look thiis good..You can still party, you can still enjoy the festivities..Just be smart and think to yourself everytime you pick up that beer, or cake, or extra helpings….is it worth it?
Girls…..when u look iin the miirror and ask…"does my bum look big in this?" Think about that cake or dessert u ate yesterday!!!! and the answer is "YES….it does!"
Guys….Ur mega arms will always look great in a tight fiitting shirt, but after that extra helping, ask yourself.."does my gut look big in this?"
