Fit For Life
At 38, i have always loved training and always will. It’s not just about looking good, but also feeling great. So many people come to my store and have so many physical problems. "why can’t i lose weight?’ while standing there with a coke in their hand and a carton of cigarettes in the other.When it all comes down to it, they simply don’t get it. Eat the right foods, stay physically active and do the bads things…in moderation [if you must lol] AND…you will feel better. Get to that level of staying fit, eating right and you will want to be that way for life. Why not enjoy life…instead of blaming everything around you…only you can make it happen.
