The best thing i have found about belonging to bodybuilding.com is all the amazing transformations Both male and female. Just watching the changes has inspired me to achieve my goals. If it wasn’t for the community encouragement, i might have quit a long time ago. Soooo…a big thank you to everyone who finds the time to message me and others. You might not get a response but don’t think the message has gone unread. I take in every bit of advice and really appreciate it…it has helped me alot. There are some fantastic bodies online.
