Thannx to those members giving me comments on my photo gallery. It really helps towards achieving my goals by getting positive and constructive feedback from my peers. It is unfortunate that there are some people out there who give negative feedback. I actually encourage criticism as it helps me to become a better person. However, if you choose to criticise, please be brave enough to have your own profile out there so we can all see how great you must be to have such knowledge to rate people so poorly. You know who i mean!!As for all the positive ratings….I’ll take them everytime lol.

I am 10 weeks from competition now and thru each stagge of my program i hear all sorts of advice. My training is 4 my own personal benefit and if it leads me 2 a win, then i know i must be doing something right. It’s gr8 to listen to good advice but the most important thing to me is sticking too the plan. My program is a complete 25 week plan which incorporates 10 wks extension/connection cycle, 8 wks Strength cycle and 7 weeks Power cycle. I’m about to start my Power cycle and i know that it will help me even more for my comp. It’s easy to chop and change programmes based on gr8 advice from others but it is even harder to stick to ur convictions and have faith in ur programme. Stik to the Plan!!!How will u ever know….if u don’t give it a go…lol

How many times do we hear, "i have no energy", " How do i get a body like that?’..It’s funny how they all want this miracle tablet that will make the fat go away…Well…it doesn’t…..The real way to Look Good and Feel Great is to live it!! That’s right, if ur not living the dream…ur not feeling it….My training makes me feel good……i train because i want to look good…we all do….that’s why there are so many fantastic bodies out there on bodybuilding.com.

Man, i am hating Tuna, Salmon and chicken churns my guts!! Any vegetarians training for comps out there? Please, please tell me what u use to prepare for comps other than meat!!! i was told tuna is the only way too go…but i miss my vege meals. Vege meats r too high in fat!!! Help….I’m going tuna crazy lol

I feel really lucky that i am meeting the best people who are helping me to be the best i can be..haha.. sounds corny, but without their help in preparing me for my first comp, i would be lost. I have found a great Association in Nabba/ WFF and their help has been greatly appreciated. I feel like I am at Home with them and look forward to the opportunity to compete..wish me LUCK.

who said " no pain no gain"? well, i believe they meant more than just lifting weights cause my body is feeling it!!! WOW, training for competitions is to be applauded. All u out there, male or female, I can relate. All my life i have aspired to be in the best shape to one day compete. I love it, but yes…u do get ur ups and downs…..my down at the moment is SLEEP…not enough of it. The good thing is i see this early in my preparation and want to let all know that SLEEP is just as importantas training…go ahead…try it…u might like it …lol

Wow. training is hard work!! SLEEP..get up an train…WORK..get home and TRAIN….I LOVE IT!!! What a lifestyle. The ultimate would be to compete and get paid for it…then i could train all day..I am not greedy, just enough money to get by and satisfy my habit….lol
