So after reading amazing stories and being inspired by other members, I’ve finally decided to have my own profile. Hopefully, this will help me with the logging of my training and diet because I’m very bad in keeping it in writing in one place. I end up having them on my treo one day, on my school agenda on another etc..it’s a mess. Can’t never keep track of my progress or regress. With this, i can be at work, at home, on the road and keep myself in check.
I’m finishing my last minute here at work and need to be mentally prepared for the gym now. I woke up at 6.30am for a school exam, and i’m a little tried after a long day at work.
