Like others on this site, there are times when you felt great and thought you looked good, but after seeing others and corresponding with friends on this site,  you can really see that YOU weren&#8217;t in the best shape.  Having the progress pictures on the site not only let&#8217;s you know where you stand physically but also holds you accountable to those that choose to view you  on the site&#8230;Great inspiration.  Needless to say, I had a great back and bis workout today&#8230;.Looking forward to tomorrow.
