Step Ups - 20lb dumbells in each hand
Hamstring Curls on Swiss Ball
Incline Dumbell Curl
Sumo Smith Squat
Hamstring Machine
Iowas (twenty ones)
focusing on eating right, cutting out alcohol…seeing and improvement…need to tak photo and post and watch progress…
