December 16, 2008It is great and also disturbing to post pictures on this site and track progress. Like others on this site, there are times when you felt great and thought you looked good, but after seeing others and corresponding with friends on this site, you can really see that YOU weren’t in the best shape. Having the progress pictures on the site not only let’s you know where you stand physically but also holds you accountable to those that choose to view you on the site…Great inspiration. Needless to say, I had a great back and bis workout today….Looking forward to tomorrow. Later

Sumo Smith Squat
Hamstring Machine
Iowas (twenty ones)
focusing on eating right, cutting out alcohol…seeing and improvement…need to tak photo and post and watch progress…

FIRST POST
December 5, 2008I don’t know where this adventure goes but I will start here to track progress and hopefully learn more from others on this site with similar goals. I don’t plan to compete or win any awards but am here to improve my health, lifestyle and body. I will continue to upload more information including pictures, hobbies, and favorite supplements, etc. but today is just getting this up and running. Had a good workout today…received some good input from fellow bloggers workout pages.
