Yesterday i completed my first goal i set for myself and that was to go from 152Lbs to 155lbs in a week it feels pretty good having 3 more pounds of muscle in ya [i think] :p but yea that’s pretty much it and that i have been working on my abs extremely i want to get them really defined soon as possible!

Today i worked out everything that has to do with the back including my shoulders and traps. Since my goal is to gain more muscle i added more weight and less reps and it feels pretty good so far I’m starting to feel big and that’s the first part feelling big then u get big
. Also I’m working on my abs doing the incline sit ups with some weights. I started with 25 then went straight to 35 hoping i get better defined abs.
