Thanks Again Drugs :)…also, any suggestions on supplements??
I woke up at 7:30am took my drugs, and went back to bed with my pup. Now I’m back up again, only to take more drugs, haha. And of course write a body blog. For those who still don’t know from my previous entries and video, no I am not a druggy, I just got my wisdom teeth taken out and have to take a LOT of drugs. This is rather unusual for me, because I am one of those people who won’t even take Advil or Tylenol. I have always been a person that hates going to the doctor and hates taking drugs. But…I’m sure the lack of pain I have had attributes to those drugs, so I wil continue my duties to my mouth, and continue with the drugs.

Since, I have never really taken any supplements whatsoever besides some protein, and multi-vitamins, I am now going to ask your alls opinions on what you have taken that has helped. I want something that will help me lean out, cut the fat, give me energy in the gym on a low carb diet, and maybe any other pills or vitamins that you have noticed that really help with your cutting. Any suggestions really, I don’t mind doing the research.
Here is what I have found, that I think I may try so far…

Sorry to hear about your teeth and that they are requiring that much pain medicating. As for cutting, I’ve used Animal Cuts in the past and have liked it. Doesn’t get you jittery. You may still experience low energy a bit due to the carb restriction.

The best thing you can do is just to estimate your basal caloric intake for the day to maintain the weight you are at and subtract 500 calories. You will estimately lose around 1.5–2.0 pounds a week. Now, how do you compute your basal caloric Intake? Take your approximate weight and multiply it by your % if bodyfat and subtract that number from your total weight. That will be how much lean muscle you have on your body. Then take the amount of lean muscle and multiply it by 15. EX: Say a person weighs 110 with 10% bodyfat their lean muscle would be 99 pounds(110 - 11 = 99). Now they multiple 99 X 15 which equals 1,485 calorie per day to maintain a weight at 110. Now they subtract 500 calories from the 1,485 to lose the weight. Keep the protein up though because it will spare the muscle from being burned as energy. Your diet should be split 60-25-15, 60%Protein, 25%Carbohydrates and 15%Fats. Do this and you will sed REAL results, all the supplement companies do is pump up the product. Good Luck! DORIAN

if you want to take a protein then 100% gold standerd whey protein is good because all you need is one scoop for 24 grams of protein and it only has something like 130 calories per serving
