The New Workout Plan
Okay, so tomorrow morning I get to have the great pleasure of having four of my wisdom teeth taken out. I know, I know, soooo excited. :/ Well, I have to get it done before the end of the year, but I’m also planning on competing in two shows so I had to get it done ASAP. As soon as I am recovered, which will hopefully be no longer than 3 days, training starts for the competitions. It’s washboard season again! Also, no yummy carbs, frappucino’s, and pizza season. Time for me to lean out again, and define. CUT, CUT, CUT! I have also come up with a new workout plan that I think will be perfect for me. It is a little strange, but its what I think will work best for me.
Monday: CARDIO (1 hour), ABS (heavy)
Tuesday: LEGS, CARDIO (45 min.), ABS (light)
Wednesday: CHEST/BACK, CARDIO (30min.), ABS (heavy)
Thursday: BICEP/SHOULDER, CARDIO (45min), ABS (light)
Friday: LEGS, CARDIO (45min), ABS (light)
Saturday: TRICEP/FOREARM, CARDIO (30min), ABS (heavy)
Sunday: REST!!!!
*Log an additional 15 miles a week of runnning, and stretch every morning to stay limber
*Cardio is to be done on a machine at a high level
Did everyone happen to notice the high amounts of cardio?! Sheesh, what am I thinking. This is going to be intense. But, if you plan on competing in the bikini division, you best bet your going to have a lot of cardio in your workout plan. I have bulked up enough, and it won’t hurt me to lose a little muscle in this process, so I decided to keep my cardio VERY high. The first competition is October 24th, so that gives me about 6 weeks to lean out, which is sufficient. The second is November 14th, which gives me about a day to pig out and then back to the preperation and diet for that competition. I’m ready to do this. But first gotta get these damn teeth out of the way. I’m kind of excited to see myself drugged up though, haha. I have never been drugged before in my life.
I will also try to keep my progress pictures updated weekly and blog about my journey, I have been pretty bad about that lately. But I need to go get my last meal here pretty soon, so peace!

Wisdom teeth tip: DON’T eat brownies w/ nuts anytime soon. Boy was I dumb in learning that the hard way. Not fun trying to get the nuts out of the holes where the teeth used to be……….

GOOD LORD!!!! Talk about some pain. Losing teeth is never pleasant so mi wish you a speedy recovery
