1 scoop of on-whey (24g P, 3g C, 1g F) and 1 scoop of MuscleMilk (16g P, 6g C, 9g F) at 3 pm
4.5 oz sirloin steak and 6 strawberries at 6:30 pm

I would start your day out with carbs and have complex carbs spread out during the day.. Change up the protein sources only because nobody likes the same taste over and over.
Keep up the mentality.
Do you use a scale or do you guesstimate these portions?

the best way to lose fat is do cardio once you wake up before you eat anything, eat your slow digesting carbs throughout the day but no carbs for dinner, also if you lift weights take a protein shake, one scoop casein and one scoop whey before you go to bed so your body doesn’t go into a fasting mode. KEEP IT UP
