It's been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have ever done. I will be so happy when I reach my goal. I'm happy where I am now, but I originally wanted to lose 100 Lbs. so I'm sticking to it. Then I want to gain some muscle weight. Remember never give up, it will come off. I look in the mirror and don't recognize my body. It is amazing how you can transform yourself if you stick to it. I feel so good since I’ve lost 70 Lbs.
