The First Week
December 20, 2008Hey Everyone. . .this is going to be a blog I use to pretty much keep track of my mental thoughts throughout my weightloss goals.
So, to start I just want to re-cap about my first week.
This week I started tracking my calorie intake and had the goad of consuming less than 1600/day. I averaged 1485/day and a total of 10,398 calories for the week
Here is a log of the exercise that I did:
Sunday 2 mile outdoor run
Monday Ballet Bootcamp 65 minutes
Tuesday Billy’s Bootcamp 55 minutes
Wednesday Indoor cleaning 1 & 1/2 hours
Thursday The Look Advanced Bootcamp 30 minutes
Friday 3 mile run 20 minutes abs/push ups
Saturday Loading a trailer with heavy boxes & furniture 2 & 1/2 hours
So, overall there wasn’t really a day that I was completely inactive, which I am proud of. I am going to keep a log of the activities that I do as well as my calorie intake until I reach my goals. In all honesty, as scary as it is, I’d like to lose 40-50 lbs. I am currently 210 which is way to much for a female of only 5′6′’.
It is pretty frustrating to see where I got myself, but I suppose it isn’t a good idea to dwell on the negative.
The important thing is that I made a lot of progress this week. From not working out at all, to working out nearly every day. . .that is a huge success!
My weight at the beginning was 210 lbs. I will weigh myself tomorrow and also take photos.
Talk to you later!
