So’ I’ve been thinking about the direction I’m heading in, and how I want to get there. I’m about 2.5 weeks out from 6 weeks. I’ve also been taking cytogainer for 4 weeks, and want to go off of it in favor for BSN truemass for 2 weeks.
At the end of the 6 weeks I am going to switch to a every other day routine that has a 3 days split. I’m reluctant to move all the way down to 3 days per week, but considering I will be doing a lot of cardio, I wanted to free up some time.
Something like:
Monday: Push
Wed: Pull
Fri: Legs
Sun: Push
Tues: Pull
Thurs: Legs
Sat: Push
With Cardio for 30 min on workout days and 1 hour on the days off.
My diet right now is 50/30/20 Carbs/Prot/Fat, at around 4000 calories.
During the cutting cycle I’m gonna bring it down to 3300 Calories, which I think is where my maintenence (with weightlifting) is at. On top of that I will try to burn an additional 500 calories a day through cardio.
