April 17, 2007supplementing is probably the second most important thing in getting ripped, obviously your diet would be first. i even put supplements in front of excercise, because if you are an average male 22 yrs of age, you are using approx. 2500 calories a day. you can eat less than that in a day. and with the help of supplements, which help curb hunger and speed up your etabolism, you can still lose weight without excercising. am i saying not to workout? No, of course not. i workout twice a day excluding off days.
the one fat burner i have found to be the most effective is the ripped system from nxlabs. most important is the methoxy ripped, it has worked the best for me, and would recommend it to anybody.
