			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m feeling awesomeee.. just did 3 stages of tour de france at my gym in my best times ever. man I felt like I was on drugs or something&#8230; the first 16km stage my only competitor had done in 40.something and I did in 38.something, pretty stoked, then the next stage was 17km and I did in 36.something!! CRAZY ~ one km more and a faster time by over 2 minutes, I just felt like I could cycle so hardcore.</p>
<p>Finished off with a 4km sprint in about 6.30. Went home and made a tasty protein shake with berries, isolate and a tsp of honey&#8230; mmm delicious.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>And I&#8217;ve just got to work.. bit later than I planned but sometimes these things happen, especially when you have long hair.. lols.. Had an epic sleep last night from 12.30-&gt;8.. woke up feeling like I had slept for ever. I majorly overdosed on the caffeine last night, got home and felt like I just wanted to be sick. Downed a few bites of chicken and posted some more **** and went to bed.</p>
<p>Eating my oats + yogurt, so good. Diet for today goes like so -&gt;</p>
<p>M1: oats + yog<br />
M2: lunch of some form<br />
M3: salad?<br />
M4: thai chicken<br />
M5: ?</p>
<p>Getting close to finishing my cycling..  still have 7 stages to go before sunday, one of which is a sprint&#8230; so</p>
<p>21km @ 13 today<br />
16km @ 14 tomorrow<br />
17km @ 14 friday + 4km @ 11 friday<br />

<p>Can&#8217;t wait to crank back into my weights. I&#8217;m thinking 4 day split, 6-10 reps and 4-6 sets heavy as possible for all, minimum rests and a few drop sets. lots of focus on shoulders and legs as normal, as well as introducing abs.</p>
<p>Plus minimum 3 days of cardio, I think I&#8217;m gonna take up spin - cycling comp has inspired me lulz. And maybe a run. Hopefully my work moves soon also so I can go run at lunchtime and shower after.

<p>I&#8217;m looking forward to cranking back into the weights, want to set some new pbs, and cut right down a lot, at least to 60&#8230; . my thighs are looking scary at the moment.. and its mid way through winter, not good, summer will come quik yah yah!!</p>
<p>Right, final blast at work then sleepies for 4 hours. Tomorrows gonna be a bitch, intense project at work, plus a cycliing leg, plus some laser tag, means intense caffiene will be needed badly. And probably sugar.<br />

Well I certainly chose a bad week to start this diet. My partners birthday and my dads, brothers and grandads birthdays are all this weekish so have been flat out decorating cakes and making dinners etc. Not to mention an order of cupcakes to make for friday also. Sigh, all good fun though.</p>
<p>First two protein shakes of the day were fine, had about 3 cups of green tea throughout the day and and absolute truckload of water also. Lunch time.. well.. I had a little too much pb so no shake. Learnt my lesson from that and removed the pb from my work, haha. Arvo shake I had, wasn&#8217;t even really that hungry and didn&#8217;t get through it all.. what I did drink took me an hour :/</p>
<p>Had a big gap between that and my evening shake. Which was delicious. My evening and morning shakes are the best because I have a blender so blending with ice makes it tasty tasty delicious for me, mini mouth orgasm.</p>
<p>Sleep now, workout one in the morning, heavy weights of squats, lat pull down, db bench and ab wheel roll out? What the hell is that.. off to google it now.</p>

ab wheel roll out WTF i have no ab strength this thing almost killed me. need to research how to build strength something like 1,3,2,2,3,2,3,etc lol</p>
<p>still workout seemed amazingly short out of gym in 40mins, just the way I like it. Skulling back shake #1 right now&#8230; WORKEH time, my abs are killing me!</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve picked up my low carb protein + fish oil + fibre tabs so I am all good to DO IT <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I have a confession. I wasn&#8217;t going to tell anyone but I am kind of proud of myself but also want to beat myself with a stick at the same time haha.</p>
<p>Yesterday (thursday,day 11) I wasn&#8217;t feeling all that well and I missed my lunch time chicken out all together. I then went home to package up some baking for a friend and ohhh crap I ate some. Ok when I say I ate some I ate like half a slice. This is a good thing, because normally I would have eaten the whole thing. I was like, no, no NO don&#8217;t eat it, and then somehow it was just in my mouth having a little mouth orgasm hahaha. Then I quickly finished what I was doing and removed myself from the situation! WIN. Well semi win. Because I didn&#8217;t do a laura-binge I just did a normal person half-slice eat.</p>
<p>Then of course I felt really sick and guilty. And then I didn&#8217;t eat dinner :/ And then I went for a RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
<p>Yes, I did cardio. Woah man. It was kind of cool actually although a bit scary running through the area I live in at 9.30pm at night lol. Then I went to bed. So summary of yesterday:</p>

<li>Felt sick</li>
<li>Missed meals</li>
<li>Ate 1/2 slice</li>
<li>Went for a run</li>
</ul>
<p>Overall a pretty crap day lol. I can&#8217;t believe I slipped up already ah well.</p>
<p>Anyway new day today. Did biceps and triceps this morning arms looking a little scary haha.<br />
I have been trying out new protein powders yay - had banana syntha 6 for brekkie and scivation for morning tea. Onehunga Nandos for lunch if I can get some cake decorating stuff before then.</p>

<p>This is the first day I have wavered off my diet a bit. No chicken for lunch I just can&#8217;t stomach it and will see if I can do a protein shake around 3pm. I think I just possibly need more sleep. On another subject of great self control I made 4 slices (I think you guys call them bars) last night, caramel toffee fudge, mocha caramel nut, and a fruity one I can&#8217;t remember the name of.</p>
<p>They look sooooooooo good but I am not going to eat any of them. Nope instead I will package one little bit of each into a box and send to my friend so she can choose which one she wants for Saturday. (When I will still not eat any hehe).</p>
<p>I have to say I can really notice the difference in my hips and tummy at the moment. Must be almost time for some progress pics. And I&#8217;d love to have my BF% done again soon.</p>
<p>Sigh.. can someone give me a job where I don&#8217;t actually have to work?
