first leg workout in 3 weeks

was pretty intense!

started with deadlifts,

1×10x40kg
4×6x60kg

squats

4×10x40kg ass to ground squats

reverse lunges

4×10x40kg

Feeling the burn!! Then 3 sets of ab rollouts and some stretches.
