SO its 9:45a.m.
And I’ve just got to work.. bit later than I planned but sometimes these things happen, especially when you have long hair.. lols.. Had an epic sleep last night from 12.30->8.. woke up feeling like I had slept for ever. I majorly overdosed on the caffeine last night, got home and felt like I just wanted to be sick. Downed a few bites of chicken and posted some more **** and went to bed.
Eating my oats + yogurt, so good. Diet for today goes like so ->
M1: oats + yog
M2: lunch of some form
M3: salad?
M4: thai chicken
M5: ?
Getting close to finishing my cycling.. still have 7 stages to go before sunday, one of which is a sprint… so
21km @ 13 today
16km @ 14 tomorrow
17km @ 14 friday + 4km @ 11 friday
18km @ 12 saturday + 17km @ 14 saturday ![]()
