Getting a bit fat also - excessive baking being the culprit, and also my cycling competiton for my excessive hunger. Wayyy to much intense cardio.
I’m looking forward to cranking back into the weights, want to set some new pbs, and cut right down a lot, at least to 60… . my thighs are looking scary at the moment.. and its mid way through winter, not good, summer will come quik yah yah!!
Right, final blast at work then sleepies for 4 hours. Tomorrows gonna be a bitch, intense project at work, plus a cycliing leg, plus some laser tag, means intense caffiene will be needed badly. And probably sugar.
