first leg workout in 3 weeks

was pretty intense!

started with deadlifts,

1×10x40kg
4×6x60kg

squats

4×10x40kg ass to ground squats

reverse lunges

4×10x40kg

Feeling the burn!! Then 3 sets of ab rollouts and some stretches.

so its 4.28pm AWESOME

I’m feeling awesomeee.. just did 3 stages of tour de france at my gym in my best times ever. man I felt like I was on drugs or something… the first 16km stage my only competitor had done in 40.something and I did in 38.something, pretty stoked, then the next stage was 17km and I did in 36.something!! CRAZY ~ one km more and a faster time by over 2 minutes, I just felt like I could cycle so hardcore.

Finished off with a 4km sprint in about 6.30. Went home and made a tasty protein shake with berries, isolate and a tsp of honey… mmm delicious.

SO its 9:45a.m.

And I’ve just got to work.. bit later than I planned but sometimes these things happen, especially when you have long hair.. lols.. Had an epic sleep last night from 12.30->8.. woke up feeling like I had slept for ever. I majorly overdosed on the caffeine last night, got home and felt like I just wanted to be sick. Downed a few bites of chicken and posted some more **** and went to bed.

Eating my oats + yogurt, so good. Diet for today goes like so ->

M1: oats + yog
M2: lunch of some form
M3: salad?
M4: thai chicken
M5: ?

Getting close to finishing my cycling..  still have 7 stages to go before sunday, one of which is a sprint… so

21km @ 13 today
16km @ 14 tomorrow
17km @ 14 friday + 4km @ 11 friday
18km @ 12 saturday + 17km @ 14 saturday :(
16km @ 13 sunday yay!

So its 1:34pm

And I feel soo sleep deprived. No idea how I’m gonna cycle tonight, but oh well, **** will still happen.

Just posting because I’m high on choc coffee beans. EPIC WINNNNNN.

Can’t wait to crank back into my weights. I’m thinking 4 day split, 6-10 reps and 4-6 sets heavy as possible for all, minimum rests and a few drop sets. lots of focus on shoulders and legs as normal, as well as introducing abs.

Plus minimum 3 days of cardio, I think I’m gonna take up spin - cycling comp has inspired me lulz. And maybe a run. Hopefully my work moves soon also so I can go run at lunchtime and shower after.

And I’m working/miscing/facebooking it. What is wrong with me, having some real motivation issues right now. Gotta wake up at 8am for work too. Good stuff……………………….. omg.

Getting a bit fat also - excessive baking being the culprit, and also my cycling competiton for my excessive hunger. Wayyy to much intense cardio.

I’m looking forward to cranking back into the weights, want to set some new pbs, and cut right down a lot, at least to 60… . my thighs are looking scary at the moment.. and its mid way through winter, not good, summer will come quik yah yah!!

Right, final blast at work then sleepies for 4 hours. Tomorrows gonna be a bitch, intense project at work, plus a cycliing leg, plus some laser tag, means intense caffiene will be needed badly. And probably sugar.
