Monday, February 23rd, 2009Did an awesome work out last night, I have had so long off the gym, about a month I guess so I knew it was really going to burn. And it did, I just kept going and going and going until I knew it would really hurt tomorrow.

Then to top it off I did some leg press, my legs were visibly shaking it was awesome. Love squats. Now to fit in some cardio….
